BACKGROUND

Uniting has been providing services to the community for over 100 years.Covering diverse services such as Aged Care, Independent Living, Early Learning, Disability and Foster Care, the organisations underwent a full rebrand in 2017 led by Re, becoming a brand ‘built for action’.

IDEA

As the internal creative team we were responsible for rolling the brand out across service level collateral, ensuring it was fit for platform and accessible for a wide range of diverse audiences. We spearheaded a content campaign, engaging Early Learning, Aged Care facilities and Home Care support to capture authentic Uniting customers and stories for localised campaigns.

IMPACT

Post the brand launch, Uniting achieved a score 19 percent awareness for Sydney and 12 percent for the state, which has continued to grow and strengthen. By launching internally first, team members were excited by the change, generating lots of positive conversations about the potential of a united organisation to better confront the nation’s big issues.
